What are the shipping costs?
For orders under €75 we charge €6,95 shipping costs in the Netherlands and Belgium. All orders with an order value above €75 will be delivered for free. After payment you will receive a Track & Trace code with which the order can be followed to your home.
Do you also ship to countries outside the Netherlands and Belgium?
Justpadel has the possibility to ship worldwide.
What is the delivery time?
If the order is placed on a workday before 10 p.m., we will ship the same day. The delivery goes through one of our partners DHL or PostNl, they will try to deliver the order as soon as possible. You will receive the exact delivery time via the Track & Trace code.
Is it possible to pick up my order?
It is not possible to pick up a paid order, however we do have a physical store in Hilvarenbeek. Here a large part of our assortment is available.

How are the products delivered?
Just Padel cooperates with multiple shipping parties (DHL, PostNL, GLS) where the starting point is PostNL. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery service will deliver the package to your neighbors or to a service point.
