Warranty and complaints procedure
We do our utmost to deliver our products in top condition. However, it can happen that something goes wrong, for example that a product is damaged during shipping. In such cases, you can claim warranty. It is important that you report a complaint to us within two months of discovery. Damage to a padel racket due to use can in some cases be covered by the warranty. After a period of six months, damage is never 100% covered by the warranty. Therefore, contact us in time, so that we can look for a good solution together.
Warranty Overview
Damage not covered by warranty:
Brands do not offer a warranty for damage caused by accidental contact with glass, net posts, fencing or the ground during play. Cracks that start on the outside of the racket are therefore not covered.
Fortunately, a lot of things are covered by the warranty. Manufacturing errors and material defects are usually covered, provided they are reported within the warranty period. At the bottom of the page you will find a visual explanation of which types of damage are often covered by the warranty or not.
Complaints
Of course, it can happen that something does not go as expected, which results in a complaint. First report this complaint by email: info@justpadel.nl . If this does not lead to a solution, you have the option to register the dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur, which can be done via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil . As of February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
