The Babolat Lamborghini Orange is the orange version of the BL.002 model from the collaboration between Babolat and Automobili Lamborghini. The face features a solid, bright orange color with thin black lines running from the sides toward the center, a black carbon strip across the center bearing the Automobili Lamborghini shield, and a black neck. The model designation BL.002 is printed at the bottom of the head.

Key Features
The isometric frame shape centers the hitting zone, thereby enlarging the sweet spot compared to a classic diamond shape. The balance is slightly head-heavy, which adds extra mass at impact without making the racket unwieldy. The racket weighs approximately 360 grams, with a balance point between 265 and 270 millimeters and a frame thickness of 38 millimeters.
The hitting surface is constructed from 3K carbon—a weave of 3,000 carbon filaments per strand—which ensures responsiveness, durability, and efficient power transfer. Overlaying this carbon is TPS, a thermoplastic protection system that reinforces the surface and improves impact resistance and comfort.
Between the frame and the core is Koridion, a patented rigid foam that Babolat derived from Lamborghini’s carbon fiber engine hoods. Combined with the medium-density Multi-EVA core, this delivers high energy return and a firm, direct response.
Feel and Performance
On the court, the BL.002 feels firm and explosive, with a short ball contact time and a distinctly noticeable acceleration on smashes and attacking volleys. The centered sweet spot makes the racket less harsh in fast rallies than a pronounced diamond-shaped model, but comfort remains secondary to performance.
