The Wilson Premier Balls (3x3) consist of three tins, each containing three padel balls, and have been developed as a premium all-round competition ball. Within the Wilson range, the Premier is positioned between pure speed balls such as the X3 and more recreational variants. The focus is on striking a balance between control, speed and durability.
The ball has a medium core with stable internal pressure. It plays noticeably less explosively than the Wilson X3 or Speed variants, but faster and livelier than typical training balls. The bounce is consistent and predictable, with a medium to slightly fast pace.
The Wilson Premier is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, but performs best outdoors in mild to warm conditions. Outdoors, it remains easy to control and does not become excessively fast.
For indoor use, it is suitable if you want a balanced pace without extreme speed. In cold conditions, it may play slightly slower than genuine high-pressure speed balls.
In terms of durability, the Premier sits in the upper mid-range. You can expect an average of 3 to 4 matches with consistent match performance. The pressure and bounce remain relatively constant, making it suitable for competition and regular use.
