HBO Internship: Partnerships & Business Development
Are you business-minded, a strong communicator, and interested in building partnerships within the fast-growing world of padel? Then this internship at Justpadel is for you.
As a Partnerships Intern, you’ll help maintain, expand, and optimize Justpadel’s partnerships. You’ll be responsible for a key part of our partnership activities and will work daily with padel clubs, sports venues, stores, test locations, and other commercial partners.
You’ll join a young and ambitious team where you’ll learn a lot about sales, partnerships, marketing, and e-commerce. You’ll also have plenty of opportunities to contribute ideas about new opportunities and improvements.
What will you be doing?
During this hands-on internship, you’ll support the partnership team with a variety of commercial and organizational tasks. You’ll be given a lot of responsibility and will be actively involved in ongoing partnerships and new initiatives.
- Maintain contact with existing partners, such as padel clubs, sports venues, stores, and test locations
- Assisting with drafting, developing, and following up on partnership proposals
- Contributing ideas on new commercial opportunities, concepts, and partner activities
- Helping to organize and execute activations, promotions, and sponsorship agreements
- Assisting with the day-to-day management of ongoing partnerships
- Contribute to reports, analyses, and overviews of partner performance
- Liaising with colleagues, suppliers, and partners to successfully execute projects
- Identifying opportunities within the padel market and contributing to the further growth of the partner network
Who are we looking for?
You are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics, Sports Marketing, Business Studies, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
In addition:
- You have strong business acumen and communication skills
- You work with precision and in a structured manner
- You enjoy building relationships and maintaining contact with external parties
- You are proactive, independent, and enterprising
- Can you switch easily between different tasks?
- Do you have an affinity for sales, marketing, and e-commerce?
- An interest in sports and padel is a plus
