What are the shipping costs?
For orders under €75 we charge €6.95 shipping costs in the Netherlands and Belgium. All orders with an order value above €50 are delivered free of charge. After payment you will receive a Track & Trace code with which the order can be tracked to your home.
Do you also ship to countries outside the Netherlands and Belgium?
Justpadel has the option to ship worldwide.
What is the delivery time?
When the order is placed on a working day before 22:00, we will ship it on the same day. The delivery is via one of our partners DHL or PostNL, they will try to deliver the order as soon as possible. You will receive the exact delivery time via the Track & Trace code.
Is it possible to pick up my order?
It is not possible to collect a settled order, but we do have a physical store in Hilvarenbeek with JustPadel. A large part of our range is available here.

How are the products delivered?
Just Padel works together with several shipping parties (DHL, PostNL, GLS) where PostNL is the starting point. If you are not at home during the time of delivery, the delivery service will deliver the package to the neighbors or to a service point.
