Osaka Shorts Black
The Osaka Shorts Black is the black version of the Osaka sports shorts with sewn-in inner shorts. The shorts are completely plain black; the only accent is the white star logo low on the left leg, which remains visible when moving. On the inside, there are separate, shorter shorts that are sewn into the outer shorts.
Who are the Osaka Shorts Black suitable for?
These shorts are designed for players who want a two-layer pair: the inner shorts keep the thighs in place and prevent chafing, whilst the outer shorts allow freedom of movement. This makes them suitable for padel and tennis, but just as suitable for running and fitness training. Black is also the colour that shows dirt the least on clay courts.
What are the fit and specifications of the Osaka Shorts Black?
The Shorts are available in sizes XS to 2XL and feature an elasticated waistband with the inner shorts attached. Osaka no longer stocks this black version in its current range and therefore no longer publishes any fit or sizing advice for it; choose your usual size and bear in mind that the inner shorts are tighter-fitting than the outer layer.
What material are the Osaka Shorts Black made from?
Osaka no longer provides an up-to-date material specification for this black version, so we are unable to state any percentages. Osaka specifies the related navy blue version of the same Shorts as being 100% recycled polyester; we cannot confirm whether this applies exactly to the black item and therefore do not make any such claim.
The Osaka Shorts Black on and off the court
Thanks to the built-in briefs, these are shorts you can put on straight away without an extra layer underneath, which saves space in your bag. The plain black colour means they go with any shirt and can also be worn off the court, for example at the gym or during a warm-up.
