Rob Jaspers has been playing padel since 2007 and has had a significant influence on the development of the sport in the Netherlands. He is the founder of JustPadel, which was launched in 2016. Rob maintains business relationships and is active in networking to promote the growth of JustPadel.

Bram Rutten has been involved in the development of JustPadel from the very beginning. He is currently a co-owner and aims to make JustPadel the largest padel shop in Europe. He manages the purchasing process and maintains relationships with suppliers to optimize the product selection.

Harm started as an intern at JustPadel and has been with the company for over two years now. He is responsible for managing B2B processes, sponsorship, and various one-off projects.

Jurrian joined JustPadel in 2025 as a Marketing & E-commerce Specialist. With his passion for padel and his analytical skills, he works every day to optimize the online customer experience and strengthen the brand’s position.

Rodin joined JustPadel this year as an Online Store and Marketplaces Support Specialist. As an avid padel player, he understands customers’ needs and helps ensure an optimal online shopping experience.

Jesse is the technical expert behind JustPadel and manages the online store’s backend. He ensures that the platform runs smoothly and resolves technical issues quickly and efficiently.

Tom joined JustPadel in early 2025 as Partnerships Coordinator & Online Store Support. He had previously completed an internship at the company during his studies, and now he’s returning in a new and challenging role. With his experience and enthusiasm, he’s helping to strengthen partnerships and improve the online store.

Sven Boele is our new Content Manager at JustPadel. He manages our collaborations with influencers, creates and coordinates all content for our social media channels, and is building an international network. With his passion and dedication, Sven is helping JustPadel grow worldwide.

Sascha Boele Twigt is Sven’s right-hand woman. She edits our content, contributes ideas for in-depth racket reviews, and provides support in many other areas. Thanks to Sascha’s creativity and attention to detail, we deliver high-quality content to our community every day.
