Return Policy

Within what period can I return my order?
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. After you've notified us, you have another 14 days to actually return the product. Please note that the products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Please retain proof of return until we have processed your return. If these conditions are not met, justpadel.com reserves the right to charge a depreciation of up to 100% of the purchase price. This is obviously not our goal, so we'll simply adhere to the conditions. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@justpadel.com .

How long does it take for my return to be processed?
Once we receive your return, we'll send you a confirmation email. The refund will then take up to 14 days after we receive the product in good condition. We'll also keep you updated via email throughout this process. Once everything is approved, you'll receive the refund in your account after confirmation.

How do I register my return?
You can register your return online via the online returns portal. Would you prefer to do this manually? Then write "return" on the packing slip and send the package back to us. Let us know by email what you're returning and why.

What are the conditions for returning my order?
Please note: We cannot accept returns for rackets with the plastic removed from the grip.

Return Policy:
Shoes: Please return the shoes in their original box, with an outer box around it. Do not tape the shoe box, as this will prevent us from accepting your return.

Clothing and bags: Please return clothing and bags in the original plastic packaging with the EAN label. If this is missing, we cannot process the return.

You can register your order for return within 14 days of receipt, after which you have another 14 days to actually return it.

Shipping costs and risks are your responsibility. However, if a delivered product is damaged or broken, JustPadel will cover the return costs. Please contact us for more information.

Justpadel.nl only accepts returns if the products are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Please note that if there is no Track & Trace link for the return shipment, we will not be able to investigate a possible missing package.

How do I return a product?

Option 2 : Return your product manually.

To return your product, you'll need to follow a few steps. You can do this via PostNL, for example. Here are the steps you need to take:

  1. Create a shipping label via PostNL.
  2. Select the correct package size.
  3. Choose a standard or registered parcel.
  4. Fill in our details.
  5. Save the shipping label and pay the shipping costs.
  6. Stick the shipping label on the package and take it to a PostNL location.
  7. Once we've received and inspected the package, you'll receive your refund in your account. Your shipment has a Track & Trace code, so you can follow the progress. Once we receive the package, it will be inspected and processed within 24 hours.

What is the return address and what are the costs?

Returns are at your own expense. Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping method and package weight. If your product is damaged or broken, please contact us, and JustPadel will cover the return costs. You can return your package to:
