De Adidas Crazyquick Boost Offwhite/Black/Gold heeft een gebroken wit bovenwerk met zwarte strepen en een zwarte tong. Over de hiel en langs de zijkant van de tussenzool loopt een gouden metallic band, die bij de andere lichte uitvoeringen zilver of blauw is. Ook de zool is cremekleurig in plaats van wit, met zwarte vlakken in het profiel.
De BOOST-middenzool vangt de landing op en geeft bij de afzet energie terug. Het bovenwerk combineert textiel met synthetisch materiaal en heeft een Adituff-neus die de teenpartij beschermt bij slides. De hiel is gevormd voor een vaste voetpositie, de sluiting bestaat uit veters en onder de schoen ligt een Adiwear-loopzool met padelspecifiek profiel.
