HBO Intern in E-Commerce & Marketing

As a Higher Vocational Education (HBO) E-commerce & Marketing Intern, you’ll help drive the continued growth of one of Europe’s largest padel online stores. You’ll be given a lot of responsibility and will be actively involved in both commercial and operational tasks within our online store.
You’ll join a young and ambitious team where you’ll learn how a fast-growing e-commerce organization is managed on a daily basis. From online store management and email marketing to analytics and customer optimization: you’ll gain broad insight into all facets of online retail.
What will you be doing?
During this hands-on internship, you’ll support the e-commerce and marketing team with a variety of tasks and have the opportunity to take on your own projects.
- Managing and optimizing the Shopify online store
- Creating, enriching, and optimizing products and collections
- Assisting with email marketing campaigns and newsletters
- Analyzing online store performance, campaigns, and customer behavior
- Identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates and the customer experience
- Supporting SEO efforts and content optimization
- Contributing ideas for promotions, special offers, and commercial campaigns
- Supporting customer service processes and customer satisfaction
- Contributing to reports and dashboards
- Contributing to various e-commerce and marketing projects
Who are we looking for?
You are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics, E-commerce, Marketing, Business Studies, or a related field.
In addition:
- You’re interested in e-commerce, online marketing, and data
- Do you work accurately and in a structured manner?
- Do you enjoy improving processes and identifying opportunities?
- You have an analytical and business-minded approach
- Are you proactive and self-reliant?
- Can you switch easily between different tasks?
- Do you have an affinity for Shopify, email marketing, or online stores (preferred)?
- An interest in sports, padel, or e-commerce is a plus
