Siux Pegasus Elite 2027 Black
Siux Pegasus Elite 2027 Black
The Siux Pegasus Elite 2027 Black combines solid power with more ease of play. This racket from the Alex Chozas family has an attacking teardrop shape and a hard touch that retain the punch of the Pegasus, with a more comfortable and tolerant response. The racket has a black finish.
This racket is less suitable for beginners or recreational players looking for a soft and forgiving feel.
What type of player is this racket suitable for?
The Pegasus Elite is ideal for advanced players who play aggressively and like to use their power, but want a little more comfort than the Pro version. Do you play a versatile game, attacking at the net and controlling from the baseline? Then this racket suits you well.
For players who mainly prioritise comfort and a large sweet spot, or who are still developing their technique, the Obsidian Elite and Valkiria Elite are better choices.
Key features
The Pegasus Elite has a teardrop shape with a medium balance and weighs between 355 and 375 grams. The hitting surface is made of 3K carbon (SC Comfort) with a hard EVA core, resulting in a touch of 8.5/10: firm, but just a bit friendlier than the Pro. The stable teardrop shape gives direction on the smash and the block, and the extended grip offers extra hold for two-handed smashes. The finish is satin.
Feel and performance
The Pegasus Elite feels firm and responsive, with slightly more cushioning than the Pro. The hard core returns a lot of power on attacking shots, while the 3K carbon (SC Comfort) makes the racket more tolerant of off-centre hits.
Looking for the punch of the Pegasus with more ease of play? Then the Siux Pegasus Elite 2027 Black is a strong choice.
