De Pegasus Pro 26 is ontwikkeld voor gevorderde en competitieve spelers die hun spel baseren op controle, stabiliteit en precisie, met voldoende reserve om op het juiste moment te versnellen. Binnen de Siux-collectie is dit een technisch controleracket, nadrukkelijk geen powergericht afmakersmodel.
Het is vooral geschikt voor rechterkantspelers op gevorderd niveau die het spel willen organiseren: rally's, verdediging, lobs en gecontroleerde volleys. Linkerkantspelers met een allround of controlerende stijl kunnen er ook goed mee uit de voeten. Voor uitgesproken aanvallers die maximale power zoeken is dit racket minder geschikt, en het is geen instap- of beginnersmodel.
Hoe is het racket opgebouwd?
De hybride tot druppelvorm legt de sweetspot iets boven het midden, wat meer stabiliteit en precisie geeft dan een ronde vorm en iets meer powerreserve zonder het controlerende karakter te verliezen. De balans ligt in het midden, waardoor het racket zowel verdedigend als aanvallend hanteerbaar blijft.
Het slagvlak is opgebouwd uit carbon-gebaseerde materialen en heeft een medium tot medium-hard bladgevoel: niet hard zoals een powerracket, maar duidelijk steviger en directer dan een zacht fiberglassmodel. Dat levert strakke feedback en hoge controle op, met een kleinere sweetspot dan comfortmodellen.
