Finals day Sunday, April 28
After an exciting week full of thrilling matches, the finals of the Premier Padel P2 took place yesterday, April 28, in Brussels. In the men's competition, last year's winners A. Coello and A. Tapia faced off against the new duo A. Galán and F. Chingotto. In the women's competition, Brea and Gonzalez took on G. Triay and C. Fernandez. The audience was treated to intense matches full of sportsmanship and determination, with new champions being crowned who have made their mark in the history of padel.
In the men's competition, F. Chingotto and A. Galán ultimately prevailed, defeating last year's winners in an intense three-set match. Despite A. Coello and A. Tapia managing to survive a number of match points in the second set, the match ultimately went to F. Chingotto and A. Galán 6-4, 6-7, 6-2.
The women's match was also a nail-biter, but D. Brea and B. Gonzalez won in two sets. They defeated C. Triay and C. Fernandez 6-4, 6-4.
It was a day full of breathtaking action and surprising twists on the padel court, with new champions crowned and old rivalries challenged.
