Use of your data

Once you place an order with JustPadel, we receive personal information such as your name, address, and telephone number. We collect this data to process your order. At the moment the order is completed, a contractual agreement is formed. We do our utmost to fulfill this agreement as expected. We use these data, for example, to deliver the order to the correct address or to provide information via email or phone about your order. We also use this information for returns, refunds, and customer service support.

Additionally, we use data to provide the best possible service. For example, by creating an account via JustPadel you no longer need to re-enter your details on your next order. Because we know these details, we can also send you relevant offers via email.

Access to your data
JustPadel employees who process orders have access to your data. We do everything we can to keep this information secure. For example, we secure our website and encrypt all passwords. It is also necessary to share data with third parties for delivery. Think of deliveries via DHL — the courier needs your address. We also work with a marketing agency that uses only the necessary data for marketing purposes. We have signed cooperation agreements to safeguard privacy.

Cookies and IP address
We use cookies to offer a good shopping experience — for instance, product recommendations or discount codes you might receive via email. By using your IP address, we recognize you when you return to our website. This allows us to provide the service you expect.

Order history
JustPadel remembers all the orders you have placed. We do this to provide good service in certain situations. For example, if a product wasn't what you expected and you want to exchange it, our customer service can see precisely what you ordered. We also use order history to tailor the webshop to be as relevant as possible for customers — including offering relevant deals via newsletters, social media, and email.

Deletion of data
You are the owner of your personal data. Would you like it deleted? You can submit a request to webshop@justpadel.nl. Together, we will confirm you are the rightful owner. If you still wish to delete the data afterward, we will do so. JustPadel also reviews annually which data can be retained and which we delete.
