Our customer service is available Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00. We are closed on weekends.
Are all products from Justpadel.com also available in the Shop-in-Shops?
No. Our webshop has a larger range than our physical Shop-in-Shops. On every product page, under the ‘Buy your racket in store’ block, you can see at which Shop-in-Shops the product is available. That way you know beforehand which location you can visit.
Can I pick up an online order at a Shop-in-Shop?
No, online orders cannot be picked up at our Shop-in-Shops. Orders placed via Justpadel.com are shipped to your chosen delivery address.
Can I test a padel racket before buying it?
Yes. At our Shop-in-Shops, various test rackets are available that you can take with you and test for up to 7 days. For testing, you pay €25 for a racket under €200 and €50 for a racket of €200 or more.
If you decide to buy the racket afterwards, the test fee paid will be deducted from your order. The test fee cannot be refunded as cashback.
In addition, Justpadel has various Try & Buy locations, where you can also test padel rackets before making a choice. The range of test rackets may vary per location.
Can I return an online purchase at a Shop-in-Shop?
No, orders placed via Justpadel.com cannot be returned at our Shop-in-Shops. Want to return an online order? Simply register your return via our online return portal.
