Babolat Padel Tank Angel Blue
The Babolat Padel Tank Angel Blue is the light blue version of the women’s sleeveless top from Babolat’s padel range. Across the chest is a wide white band with a dark blue stripe beneath it; this dark blue does not feature in any of the other colours in this range, where the contrasting stripe is always lilac. The same white band continues down the back, with the Babolat logo at the bottom.
Who is the Babolat Padel Tank Angel Blue suitable for?
This tank top is designed for players who prefer to play sleeveless and are looking for a light, cool base colour that is less likely to feel hot on a sunny outdoor court than a dark top. The round neckline and slightly flared armholes keep the shoulders free when smashing. The top is available in sizes XS to XXL.
How does the Babolat Padel Tank Angel Blue fit?
The top falls loosely over the hips and has slightly flared neck and armholes, ensuring nothing constricts during the swing. The fabric stretches in all directions. Babolat no longer publishes a fit guide for this model nor provides any alternative sizing advice; please use Babolat’s size chart to determine your size.
What material is the Babolat Padel Tank Angel Blue made from?
The tank top is made from 94.5% recycled polyester and 5.5% elastane. Babolat uses its Fiber Dry polyester here, which feels light and soft and wicks moisture away from the skin. The elastane provides the stretch needed for a full swing.
The Babolat Padel Tank Angel Blue on and off the court
Thanks to its light-coloured base and white band, this top stands out the most among the four colours in the range, whilst the dark blue stripe gives it a more understated look than a solid, bright colour. It pairs well with the black skirt from the same Collection.

Round rackets have a low balance with a large sweet spot (ideal hitting point) in the center of the racket. Round rackets are very maneuverable and offer a lot of control. Perfect for beginners or experienced players who desire a lot of control in their game.
Droplet:
Droplet rackets have a slightly higher balance and a slightly smaller sweet spot. This provides an excellent balance between control and power. These versatile rackets are suitable for intermediate players and various playing styles.
Diamond:
The balance point is towards the top of the racket and the sweet spot is even smaller. The racket is less maneuverable but offers maximum power. These rackets are suitable for advanced players with an attacking playing style.
Hybrid:
Hybrid rackets combine features of droplet and diamond-shaped rackets. These hybrid shapes are often difficult to classify or even completely new. Usually, these rackets offer a mix of power and comfort. These rackets are often ideal for intermediate to advanced players and are accessible for multiple play styles.
Game type
Controlling:
These rackets are focused on precision and consistency, allowing players more control over their shots. They usually have a lower balance point and a larger sweet spot, making them suitable for players who prefer placement and tactics over power.
All-Round:
This type of racket offers a balanced mix of power, control, and maneuverability, making it suitable for various playing styles and skill levels. They are versatile and can be used for both offensive and controlling game strategies, with a sweet spot that offers a compromise between power and precision.
Attacking:
These rackets are designed to promote powerful shots and help players generate speed and spin for aggressive attacks. They often have a higher balance point for extra power in smashes and volleys, but a smaller sweet spot for more precision and control over powerful shots.
Touch
Soft Touch:
Rackets with a soft touch provide players with a subtle feel and cushioning when hitting the ball. These rackets absorb vibrations and offer more comfort, making them ideal for players who prefer control and precision over pure power.
Medium Touch:
Rackets with a medium touch offer a balanced mix of control and power. They provide sufficient feedback to the player when hitting the ball while still offering a good level of comfort. These rackets are suitable for players looking for versatile performance.
Hard Touch:
Rackets with a hard touch provide a more direct feel and less cushioning on impact. They deliver more power to shots and promote aggressive play, making them ideal for players seeking maximum hitting power and explosiveness.
Feeling
Light Feeling:
Rackets with a light feeling offer not only speed and maneuverability but are also less prone to causing injuries and feel comfortable during long play sessions. These rackets are ideal for players looking for a sense of control without compromising on comfort and arm health.
Medium Feeling:
Rackets with a medium feeling provide a balanced combination of control, power, and comfort. They give sufficient feedback to the player when hitting the ball and are suitable for players of various levels looking for reliable performance.
Heavy Feeling:
Rackets with a heavy feeling offer players more stability and power with each stroke, but they also often feel a bit heavier in the hand. These rackets are suitable for players who prefer a solid feel and maximum hitting power, even if it means a bit of extra weight.
Blade
Smooth:
Rackets with a smooth surface provide players with a consistent and smooth hitting experience. This surface minimizes friction and promotes quick ball movement, making it ideal for players who prefer control and precision in their shots.
Sand:
Rackets with a sand surface have a rougher texture that offers more grip on the ball. This surface enhances spin and placement, allowing players to impart more spin to their shots and better manipulate the ball during play.
3D:
Rackets with a 3D surface feature a relief pattern that is three-dimensional, creating a unique texture. This surface promotes spin, control, and precision, allowing players to add more variety and spin to their shots while maintaining a comfortable grip.
