HBO Marketing & Communications Intern

As a Marketing & Communications Intern (HBO level), you’ll help drive the continued growth of one of Europe’s largest padel online stores. You’ll be given a lot of responsibility, have room to take the initiative, and be actively involved in marketing challenges, campaigns, and content strategies that directly impact our growth.
What will you be doing?
You’ll support the marketing team with both operational and strategic tasks and have the opportunity to take on your own projects.
- Contribute ideas for marketing campaigns, promotions, and special offers
- Assist in developing content strategies
- Manage and optimize our social media channels
- Plan, organize, and coordinate content days
- Analyzing marketing results and campaign performance
- Identifying trends and opportunities in social media, e-commerce, and padel
- Contributing ideas on brand positioning, customer experience, and online visibility
- Supporting various marketing and growth projects
- Contributing to SEO, email marketing, and content optimization
Who are we looking for?
You’re pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Economics, or a related field.
- You’re interested in online marketing, social media, and e-commerce
- You have experience with Canva and content creation
- You enjoy contributing ideas for improvements and new concepts
- You’re proactive, independent, and results-oriented
- You’re good at planning and working in a structured way
- You have a commercial and creative mindset
- An interest in sports, padel, or e-commerce is a plus
