MBO Customer Success Intern

As a Customer Success Intern, you’ll be a key point of contact for our customers. You’ll help customers with questions about orders, deliveries, returns, and products, and ensure that every customer receives the best possible service. You’ll work closely with colleagues, suppliers, and logistics partners.
You’ll join a young and ambitious team where you’ll learn a lot about customer service, e-commerce, and the day-to-day operations of a fast-growing company.
What will you be doing?
During this hands-on internship, you’ll support the Customer Success team with a variety of tasks.
- Answering customer questions via email, phone, and chat
- Helping customers with questions about orders, deliveries, returns, and products
- Maintaining contact with suppliers and logistics partners
- Assisting with the processing of returns and complaints
- Contributing ideas for improvements to the customer journey and customer service
- Performing administrative tasks related to customer contact and orders
Who are we looking for?
You are enrolled in an MBO program in Business, Customer Service, Marketing, Communication, or a similar field.
In addition:
- You are customer-friendly and have strong communication skills
- Do you work accurately and in an organized manner?
- Do you enjoy solving problems and helping customers?
- Are you proactive and eager to learn?
- Can you switch easily between different tasks?
- Do you have an affinity for e-commerce?
- An interest in padel is a plus
