We process your order from our local warehouse in the United Kingdom. Orders placed on working days before 1:00 PM UK time are shipped the same day. We aim for a delivery time of 1-2 working days after dispatch.
After placing your order, you will immediately receive an email confirmation. As soon as your order has shipped, you will automatically receive a personal Royal Mail Track & Trace link. This lets you easily track your parcel right up to delivery.
Delivery by Royal Mail
All UK orders are shipped locally and delivered by Royal Mail. Royal Mail delivers from Monday to Saturday. Depending on when it was shipped, your order can therefore also be delivered on a Saturday.
Please note: the status of your order or Track & Trace is not always updated immediately. Don’t see a new status yet after dispatch? That doesn’t necessarily mean your parcel isn’t on its way. It can happen that Royal Mail processes the first scan a bit later. As soon as this scan is completed, the Track & Trace will update automatically.

No, orders are dispatched from our warehouse on working days (Monday to Friday).

First, check whether your order was placed before 1:00 PM UK time on a working day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM, on weekends, or on a UK public holiday are processed on the next working day.
Also check your spam or junk folder. Sometimes our shipping confirmation can end up there.
Has the next working day passed and you still haven’t received a shipping confirmation? Please contact us via support@uk.justpadel.com and mention your order number. We’re happy to help you out.
Orders are not processed or shipped on official public holidays.
Your order will be processed on the next working day. Around public holidays, extra carrier volume may cause delivery of your parcel to take slightly longer.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your Track & Trace link. Through this link, you can check the current status of your parcel and the expected delivery time.
Didn’t receive an email? Be sure to check your spam or junk folder just in case.
First, check your spam or junk folder. It may also take a little while for your Royal Mail Track & Trace to become active after your order has shipped from our UK warehouse.
Can’t find the email or still haven’t received a Track & Trace after some time? Please contact us via support@uk.justpadel.com and mention your order number. We’ll gladly take a look for you.
Does your Royal Mail Track & Trace state that your shipment has not yet been received, processed, or scanned? This usually means that Royal Mail has not processed the first scan of your parcel yet.
This initial scan can sometimes take a bit longer. In the meantime, your parcel may already have been dispatched from our UK warehouse and be on its way to or present at Royal Mail.
Has the status still not changed after 4 days? Please contact us via support@uk.justpadel.com and mention your order number. We’ll check the shipment and contact Royal Mail if necessary.
Do you already see an update in your Royal Mail Track & Trace, but the status stops changing after that? For instance, showing that your parcel has been received by Royal Mail or arrived at a sorting hub, but then staying on the same status for several days?
This does not immediately mean that your parcel is lost. During the delivery process, your parcel is scanned at different points. It can happen that an intermediate scan is missed or that processing at Royal Mail is experiencing a delay. Your parcel may well be continuing its journey in the meantime.
What is the best thing to do?
Check your Track & Trace regularly. In many cases, a new update will appear automatically and your parcel will continue to be processed and delivered.
Has there been no new update or scan visible for 4 days? Please contact us via support@uk.justpadel.com and mention your order number. We will check the status of your shipment and contact Royal Mail if needed to locate your parcel.
Please note: do you only see a notification indicating that Royal Mail has not yet received or processed your shipment? Then your parcel probably hasn’t had its first scan yet. In that case as well, we kindly ask you to wait up to 4 days before contacting us.
Within the United Kingdom, you enjoy free shipping on orders from £75.

Your order will be shipped via Royal Mail to the delivery address you provided during checkout.
Once your parcel has been registered with Royal Mail, you can check your personal Track & Trace to see which delivery options are available for your shipment. Depending on the parcel, Royal Mail may offer the option to adjust certain delivery preferences.
Once your order has left our UK warehouse and has been handed over to Royal Mail, JustPadel unfortunately cannot change the delivery time or delivery preferences for you.
Did you just place your order and accidentally enter the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible via support@uk.justpadel.com, mentioning your order number and the correct address.
As long as your order hasn’t been processed by our UK warehouse yet, we’ll try to change the delivery address for you.
Has your order already been processed or handed over to Royal Mail? Then unfortunately we can no longer amend the delivery address. In that case, check your Royal Mail Track & Trace to see if there are still delivery options available for your shipment.
We’re sorry to hear that your order has been delayed. First, check your Track & Trace for the most up-to-date information.
Sometimes a carrier needs extra time to process a parcel, which means the tracking isn’t updated straight away. Haven’t received a new update for several working days? Please get in touch with our customer service. We’ll gladly look into it with you and launch an investigation with the carrier if necessary.
Does your Royal Mail Track & Trace say your parcel has been delivered, but you haven’t received anything? First follow the steps below.
1. Check the Track & Trace
View the full delivery information in your Royal Mail Track & Trace. This might show where the parcel was left or if it was delivered to a different location.
2. Check around your property
Check if the courier left the parcel in a safe place around your home, such as by the front door, round the back, in a parcel box or in another sheltered spot.
3. Check with your neighbours
It can happen that a parcel is delivered to a neighbour. Be sure to ask your immediate neighbours if they took the parcel in for you.
4. Wait until the end of the delivery day
In some cases, a parcel may be marked as delivered while the actual delivery happens slightly later. So please wait until the end of the delivery day to see if your parcel still turns up.
Still haven’t received anything?
Have you followed the steps above and your parcel still hasn’t arrived after the delivery day? Contact us via support@uk.justpadel.com and include your order number.
We will check the shipment and contact Royal Mail if necessary to find out where your parcel is.
A parcel is not scanned again by Royal Mail at every single step of the shipping process. Because of this, the same status may sometimes remain visible for several days while your parcel is still on its way.
Has there been no new update or scan for more than 4 days? Please contact us via support@uk.justpadel.com and include your order number. We’ll check the status of your shipment and gladly look into it with you.
A parcel can be returned to us by Royal Mail if, for example, it couldn’t be delivered, wasn’t collected, or if the delivery address provided was incorrect or incomplete.
Keep an eye on your Royal Mail Track & Trace until the return shipment has arrived at our UK warehouse.
Once the parcel has been received and processed by our warehouse, we can determine the next steps. If possible, we can then resend the order to you.
First, check the full Royal Mail Track & Trace. This may contain additional information about the delivery, such as where the parcel was left or at which address it was delivered.
Also check with your immediate neighbours and have a good look around your property to see if the parcel was left in a safe place.
Can’t find the parcel anywhere? Contact us via support@uk.justpadel.com and mention your order number. We will check the delivery and, if necessary, contact Royal Mail to investigate the shipment further.
Contact our customer service as soon as possible if you entered an incorrect delivery address.
As long as your order hasn’t been processed yet, we will try to update the address for you. Has your order already been dispatched? Unfortunately, we can no longer change the address. Depending on the carrier, alternative delivery options may still be available via the Track & Trace.

As soon as we receive your message, we will assess the situation and contact you as quickly as possible with a suitable solution.
Is only the shipping packaging damaged and is the product itself completely fine? Then you don’t need to report this to us.
The shipping box is intended to protect the product during transit and can therefore show signs of wear or damage.
First, check whether your order is being delivered in multiple parcels. You may have received multiple Royal Mail Track & Trace links for this. Parcels can be processed separately and therefore delivered at different times.
Have all parcels been delivered according to the Track & Trace and is an item still missing? Please contact us via support@uk.justpadel.com and mention:
- your order number;
- which product is missing;
- which products you have received.
We will then check your order and let you know the next steps as soon as possible.
Not every type of damage to a padel racket is automatically covered by warranty. Warranty covers material and manufacturing defects that arise under normal use. Damage resulting from a collision, drop, improper use, or contact with, for example, the glass, mesh fence, ground, or another racket is not covered.
For cracks in the racket blade, JustPadel offers a warranty period of 6 months after purchase, provided the damage was not caused by external impact.
Crack in the racket blade – Covered by warranty
Has a crack appeared in the blade of the racket within 6 months of purchase and is there no visible impact damage? Then we offer 100% warranty.
We believe it’s important that you can rely on the quality of your racket. After assessing the damage, we will therefore provide a suitable, full warranty solution.
Rattle inside the racket – Covered by warranty
Do you hear a rattling sound in your racket while playing? This can be caused, for example, by a small piece of carbon or other material coming loose inside the racket.
For this, we offer 100% warranty and will provide a suitable, cost-free solution.
Crack from or on the edge – Not covered by warranty
Has a crack appeared on the edge of the racket, or does it run from the edge into the racket blade? This can indicate impact damage.
This type of damage typically does not occur solely from ball impact, but can be caused by contact with, for example:
- the fence;
- the glass wall;
- the ground;
- another racket;
- another hard object.
Such impact damage is generally not covered under warranty.
How do I submit a warranty claim?
Do you think your racket damage is covered by warranty? Send an email to support@uk.justpadel.com with as much information as possible. This helps us assess your request faster and more accurately.
Please include the following:
- your order number;
- a clear description of what happened. Tell us when you first noticed the damage, during which situation it occurred, and whether the racket came into contact with anything beforehand;
- a photo of the full front of the racket;
- a photo of the full back of the racket;
- clear photos of both sides and the complete frame edge of the racket;
- multiple detailed photos of the damage from different angles.
It is important that we don’t just receive a close-up of the crack. Photos of the full racket, the edge, and the damage help us better assess how the damage occurred.
What happens after my request?
Once we have received all the necessary information, we will review your warranty claim. If needed, we will also present the claim to the manufacturer.
After that, we’ll let you know whether the damage is covered by warranty and what solution we can offer you.
Please do not send your racket to our UK warehouse yet. Await our assessment and further instructions first. This prevents unnecessary shipping costs and allows us to handle your request as efficiently as possible.
